Ghana 1-month bill yield hits 14.896 pct
ACCRA, May 17 (Reuters) - The Bank of Ghana said on Thursday
that the yield on its newly reintroduced 1-month bill hit 14.896
percent at a May 16 auction. It said it accepted 135.71 million

Police crack US theft ring that sold luxury cars in Africa

up a n international car theft ring that used the streets of New
York "as one giant showroom" to stalk more than $1 million in

WAfrica Crude-Angolan July programme slimmer
LONDON, May 16 (Reuters) - The July loading programme of
Angolan crude showed a fall in exports from June, likely to
support differentials once dealing kicks off, traders said on
Wednesday.
The loading schedule showed Angola would export about 1.56
million barrels of crude oil per day (bpd) in July, excluding
Palanca and Gimboa. It listed 51 cargoes.
"It is a small programme. I am not sure if Gimboa or Palanca
are available," a trader of physical West African crude said.
